SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As we are an independent band, we pick, pack and send your parcels ourselves. This means our dispatch times can vary so please allow up to 2 weeks for your orders to be shipped (although we do aim to have orders out within a few days).

We are unable to ship to the EU at this time due to relatively new GPSR regulations unfortunately. 

Any US orders may incur tariff charges when they arrive to US customs and will have to be paid by the customer.

We aim to ship all of our parcels with Royal Mail where possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are here to help if anything isn't quite right with your order. You must let us know within 14 days of your parcels delivery if there is something wrong with your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are happy to refund or exchange any products that are faulty or damaged.

Please let us know if you have any issue with your order once it has been dispatched by us and we can try to resolve this with the courier.

Please contact us via our contact form on the website. Other forms of contact (such as social media) may get missed and possibly won't receive a response.
